Dedicated and experienced tutor available for lessons or help with assignments!
Currently a student at King’s College London Maths School, I am passionate about Maths and Science and love sharing this enthusiasm with those that I teach. I have 2 years of experience tutoring students from Year 1 to Year 12 in Maths, English and Science, and enjoy helping pupils achieve and improve as much as possible. Each lesson I teach is tailored to the individual student; I like to take the time to get to know them and what methods will help them learn and maximise their potential. I am also available for help with assignments; whether it’s maths homework or an English essay, I can help you with whatever you are struggling with!View Profile
Passionate and fun Maths, English, 11+ & Drama tutor.
I work at University of Kent and I have over a decade of experience teaching students. I offer Maths, English, Entrance Exam and Drama tuition to students in their home, my home and online. My love of tutoring began when I started teaching Drama and Dance at the age of 17 whilst I attended The BRIT School. I went on to complete my PGCE teacher training qualification in English and Drama in 2015 where I gained substantial experience working with adult learners. I previously worked as a manager and tutor trainer at a well known tuition centre, teaching Maths, English and 11+ entrance exam preparation to students aged 4-16. I believe it's important to take time to understand the goals and expectations of students and parents at the beginning of the learning journey. I aim to be an approachable and fun tutor. I assess a student's learning style so I can tailor our lessons in the most appropriate way. Over the past year I have had great results, in particular helping students increase confidence and attainment in Maths and English at Primary, Secondary and GCSE levels.View Profile
Lessons adapted to meet your requirements to help you reach your full potential.
Hi Thank you for visiting my profile. I always ensure my lessons are engaging and adapted to the needs of the student. It is extremely important that my students feel like they are able to ask lots of questions and that I can encourage their inquisitive minds. Currently, I am a full time Biology, Physics and key stage three Science teacher. I work in a non selective school which has students with a broad range of abilities, therefore, it is essential that I ensure to differentiate my lessons. I also have a broad background working in the Science industry. I worked as a Diagnostic Radiographer, this role allowed me to gain many transferrable skills required to be an excellent teacher. These skills include excellent communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, developing good working relationships and time management skills. Additionally, I also worked as a Pharmacy Technician which also has many transferable skills to teaching. Including the ability to clearly teach and explain to customers how to take their medicine safely, high attention to detail and always being very organised and punctual. Furthermore, while I was studying Radiography I applied for the peer mentor role, which involved assisting first year students with any areas of academic studies in which they might be struggling. Other roles of this job involved helping students holistically and to offer advice to the challenges that university life can have. I found this role rewarding and enjoyable and was one of the reasons I wanted to pursue a career in full time teaching. Due to my vast and various back ground knowledge in Science academically and professionally, this has enabled me to teach students with passion and enthusiasm. I am a very helpful, hardworking and always strive to teach my students to the best of their ability.View Profile

My passion is teaching and learning, and I hope to become a chemistry teacher in the future. Experienced tutor in a variety of subjects
Currently studying Law and Politics at UKC. I have been an A student throughout my education in all sorts of subjects. As a highschool student i was always everyone's 'go-to' for help before an exam or for a clear and to the point explanation of things. As i have many little siblings i have always been the one helping them with their school work as they view me as a fun, young and interactive source of learning. Further to my assistance to children i have also tutored several teenagers at school with subject areas such as maths, economics, biology, history and political science. I am very keen on getting the information to my students in an interactive way that would help them remember and learn efficiently. I am good with children and know how to interact with them in a pleasant manner. Similarly, i am only 23 years old and being of a close age to teenagers helps me get through to them successfully.View Profile
