1 decimal place refers to the number of digits after the decimal. 
To figure out this question you look at the digit after the number of places you want to round.
Here you look at the digit 6. Then you see if this is greater than/equal to or less than 5. 
• If it is greater than/equal to 5, round the digit prior up i.e a 0 would become a 1.
• If it is less than 5 keep the digit as it is ie the 0 stays as a 0.

Here we want to round to 1.d.p we look at the digits 0 and 6 after the decimal point. Here, 0 is the digit we decide whether to round up or keep the same. As the next digit is greater than 5, we round up to 1.

Hence the answer is 0.1 - hope this makes sense!
