Tom’s passion for working with children and adults with behavioural, learning and physical disabilities grew from the age of 5, when his parents decided to open their home and become foster parents. While working in local respite centres as a 1:1 carer, and across multiple schools and clinics as an ABA tutor, consultant and clinic manager, he studied a BA (Hons) in Special Education Studies, graduated a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis, and became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in 2018.
