The Trinity expresses the way Christians should relate to God:

1. worship God the Father
2. follow the example set by God the Son
3. God the Holy Spirit lives in them

Hence from this we can deduce 2 things.

Becuase the Holy Spirit lives within us, we should look after our bodies and not indulge in anything which may harm us, ie drugs. We should also strive to look after ourselves mentally and physically.

You also argue our lives reflect the Trinity. Can you think of anything more wonderful than living this life with Christ in us? Living with the love of the Spirit in us? Living as a co-creator with God and sharing the bounty of creation?

Difficult but great question well done!!
